The Eddie Monsour Scholarship Fund was started in 1996.  Eddie Monsour is honored for his many contributions to the juniors that keep our dance alive. Although the idea and the original funding for the scholarship were started by CSA dancers, the means to fund the scholarship each year comes from various groups, individual contributions, and fundraisers.
The scholarship fund is now a part of the Hall of Fame Foundation and recipients are chosen by foundation directors Norfleet Jones, Garrett Humphries, and Mandy Holt Roberts.
All Donations to the scholarship fund should be made to the Hall of Fame Foundation and specified for the Eddie Monsour Scholarship Fund.
